Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, you'll learn the fundamentals of stage combat, including basic techniques for slaps, punches, falls, and even hair pulls. The workshop emphasizes safety, communication, and creativity, allowing participants to explore physical expression while building confidence and teamwork.
